My life’s greatest passion is the deconstruction of complex problems related to the ergonomics of digital products and systems, leading to simple and elegant solutions. My approach to UX design is holistic and human-centered. Each of my projects is preceded by research and analysis. I put emphasis on rapid prototyping, frequent validation with the end users and a creative approach to constraints. My understanding of customer needs, behaviors and pain points allows me to facilitate conversation around UX design and the presentation of solutions.

Primary Skills

Due to my interest in design, I like solving complicated problems that require creative approach. I’m constantly improving my qualifications and learning new things. Below are the three main areas where my key strengths lie in. And also my software skills.

Why did I decide to become a UX Designer?

I grew up in an artistic family where every day I came across new and creative approaches to problem solving and thinking outside the box. Since I was a child I have associated my career with doing something artistic but at the same time useful and with practical application.

For me, interior design (I completed Interior Design studies at PJATK) was an arrangement of ready elements, just like a puzzle but what I always enjoyed the most was to come up with new solutions which were compatible with the user’s needs in 100%.

Few years ago, website design (I completed Graphic Design at WSR) was limited to just designing nice layouts. At that time I didn’t see myself in that field because I preffered to do something where I could have the opportunity to solve complicated problems.

For these reasons, after graduation, I started designing and making custom made ceramic relief tiles for interiors. Where each project was different and required inventing new technological solutions.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that the profession of a UX Designer is something exactly suited to my personality and to how I approach issues. My constant need to deconstruct problems, come up with solutions and the ability to ask the proper questions are a great asset in this profession.

I have been living with my partner for several years, who complains that I am asking him questions that force him to make the mental effort and think before he gives me an answer. Living with me might seem bothersome (people don’t like to think), were it not for the fact that thanks to these questions I know his needs and I can implement solutions that answer them. Thanks to this approach our apartment is super ergonomic and 100% suited to our lifestyle! I believe that this principle is widely used in design in general – regardless of whether it is packaging design or mobile applications – things are for people and using them should give satisfaction and bring a smile to your face.
